Verb creation

Principessa has started making up her own verbs. Yesterday, when coming down the stairs she held my little finger while resting her other hand and chin on the arm of the stairlift. Somehow or other she managed to knock her chin.

"Ow," she said.
"Awww, you okay? You daftie," I said.

Then, a couple of steps later she knocks her chin again. On purpose this time.

"Ow! I just daftied again, Mummy!"

I love it! You can't beat a bit of verbage!

And to finish;

*DRUMROLL*

Presenting, for your viewing pleasure,

ROCK MONSTER

Nicely done, glad to see you are introducing her to decent guitar based music as opposed to "mainstream" cr*p!

Hmmm, not got enough of a word count-bugger! drafting bit about NRM's atm.more interesting than i thought but only got about 500 words free.Got a bad feeling my conclusion will be compromised and that's including my 10% leeway. Can't complain though up to 1400 words not very good words but...

You've got a better word count than me. I'm just about approaching 400 words. I've got ideas, it's just putting them down on, dammit, can't say paper as I've done this one on the computer from the start. But I'm definitely struggling with this one. So what did you choose to do in the end? Apart from religion?

have gone for science and the example of MIT.Then moved to Tim Leary followed by the Jesus people.Although am now thinking of binning Leary and use the srm movement instead.Thinking that would give me an example of world affirmimg and world rejecting. Also thought it would balance against science well.having said all that i am having a terrible time writing it up,its not coherent at all.I am basically just typing sh*te,i seem to be able to see errors more easily when I print it then read it back.

I know exactly what you mean about the non-coherency. I'm just trying to work out the history bit, ending it with the feminist stuff so that I can then lead into the feminism in science. I think it should make a good transition. What I think I might have trouble with is the transition from science to music. I just can't see any link to move it on. Argh!

I knew there was something else I wanted to ask you. Did you get the Hobsbawm book? Was it useful? If it was I might go and order it myself. I need all the help I can get at the mo!

Ended up not getting it-thought by the time it arrived and had been read it would put me too far behind.Do fancy it though,so will probably get it anyhow. Also will deffo send for Rachel Carson's Silent Spring, that really appeals.

Its weird when I get to this stage I don't seem to be able to complete the simplist task. For example have not filled in and sent A215 registration yet.strangely it feels a mammoth task!Similarly Have done but nit posted tma09 yet.Again it seems HUGE.What a pussy I am.

Get off your butt and sort it out! I sent 09 at least two weeks ago now. I did it, cried about it, sent it, cried about it more.

08 is feeling like a mammoth task, can't really get my head into it at all. I think it's because it's all coming to an end. I must have commitment issues, can't commit myself to finish!

You wouldn't get her off the drums!

I'm not sure if she was trying to destroy the world or play drums on the side of the cooker today!
